Grounds for keeping the register

We keep a record of all Boutique X customers who have booked flight tickets through our website and who have participated in a survey regarding flight arrangements.

Purpose of the registry

The purpose of the register is to maintain the Boutique X customer register in order to archive and process customer contacts and to manage customer relationships. If necessary, the information may be used to develop the operations of Boutique X, to compile statistics and to produce targeted content on our websites. Personal data is processed to the extent permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.

Customer register information may be used in Boutique X’s own registers to target advertising, without, however, disclosing personal information to third parties. The partners of Boutique X responsible for maintaining the customer and service relationships do not count as third parties here. In some cases, customer registry information may be transferred to partner servers due to technical requirements. The data will only be processed to maintain Boutique X’s customer relationships through technical interfaces.
Boutique X has the right to publish the information contained in the customer register in electronic or written catalogues, unless the customer specifically prohibits it. The catalogue refers to e.g. mailing labels for direct advertising. The customer has the right to prohibit the publishing of his/her information by informing Boutique X’s customer service by e-mail info@boutiquex.es or the registrar.

Information contained in the register

The personal register contains the following information:

  • The person’s first and last name
  • Gender
  • Email address
  • Postal address
  • Telephone number

Disclosure of information

The information in the customer register is only used by Boutique X., except when Boutique X uses an external service provider to provide an additional service or to support a credit decision. The information will not be disclosed outside of Boutique X or for the personal use of its partners, except for the use of the operating airline and issues regarding credit application, collection or invoicing, and when required by law. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union unless it is necessary to ensure the technical implementation of Boutique X or its partner.

Information collected during the marketing campaign

The information collected in the marketing survey is collected anonymously and summarized without disclosing individual responses. The material will not be handled or stored in such a way that the person who provided the individual response is exposed. The e-mail address related to the draw will be used for the draw check and stored in the personal register. See above for its use.
The personal data of the registered person will be destroyed at the request of the user, unless legislation, open invoices or collection measures prevent the deletion of the data.

Registry security

The register will not be disclosed to third parties. Access to the registry requires user rights to boutiquex.es’ internal network. The registry is located on boutiquex.es’ password-protected server.
